Esta proposta fundamenta-se em atenuar as cores representaivas de nossa bandeira, de forma mais contemporânea e sem exageros gráficos comuns em jerseys de ciclismo. A composição gráfica é assimétrica e, a idéia, é apresentar no anúncio do PBP, a representatividade por meio do caminho a ser percorrido. Uso da torre Eiffel como partida e Ponte Elevadiça de brest como destino. Entre os dois pontos, o percurso por montanhas e planícies.
